Does anyone know of a bug-free site with good-looking templates for Blogger? I've been trying in these last few weeks to change the format on my blog. Being cautious, I created a junk blog and tried out the new templates I downloaded on it. NONE of them worked right, and I haven't reinstated the original template yet. I have added google adsense on it, and the adds didnt seem to match my title... I got a couple of other blogs and didnt seem to have a problem with the adds, except for one this one. How do I start and run a blog under my own domain name? (other than URL forwarding)? Here is what I need to do: I have a registered domain name. It can be hosted on windows or linux. I need to start a blog under this domain name without using URL forwarding which forwards this domain to blogger.com or some other such site. I also need the blogging application to give me the some scope to choose from different templates and view visitor statistics etc. Any help on how to do this would be much appreciated! oops before i forget, hopefully this service should be free!!!

I need a blog which allows instant anonymous user posting? I am looking for a blog which allows anonymous and instant user posting (without any registration).. So, let's say I have a blog..It should have a box below where anyone can quickly add comments without the need to register themselves on the site.. I think blogger/blogspot has this feature, but the user comments appear on a separate page, while I want that the user comments should be displayed on the same page one after another... I need to create a very simple free blog..So, not looking for very classy templates.. Thank you.
Moving a blog through RSS? I opened up an account at GoDaddy and fell in love with their blogging software but I'm trying to import my old blog at Blogger there; and using the feed, I was only able to move around one month, as opposed to the entire blog. The blog is old and has over 1,000 posts. I'm also thinking that since I am using their Quick Blog app, which is free, that this may have something to do with it. They have some interesting features, but there are at least 150 templates to choose from, which is the key reason I went with them. I wouldn't care about my older posts so much except that people still read them, should I not worry about copying them over to another site, or just go with something more professional like TypePad if I am to do this?
HOW TO: Pimp my blog? Hey, I have my blog with the templates that comes with blogger.com, but I want to have my blog design customized, personalized. If it can be done for free, better. I can even design it myself, but how? Please let me know...
